Get ready to break a sweat with Planet Coaster’s fitness class! Today’s workout is all about getting your blood pumping and working up a sweat. So grab a towel, a water bottle, and let’s get started.

Jumping Jacks

Start off our workout by doing 3 sets of 20 jumping jacks. Jumping jacks are a great way to get your heart rate up and work on your cardio. So, spread your arms and legs wide, jump up and clap your hands over your head as your legs come back together. Repeat this movement 20 times and then take a 30-second break before starting the next set.

Next up are push-ups. Push-ups are a great way to work on your chest, shoulders, and triceps. Start by placing your hands on the ground, shoulder-width apart. Your feet should be behind you, and your body should be in a straight line. Bend your elbows and lower your body to the ground, then push back up into the start position. Do 3 sets of 10 push-ups, taking a 30-second break in between each set.

Squats

Squats will help you develop leg strength and improve your overall balance. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands extended out in front of you. Bend your knees and lower your body down as if you’re sitting in a chair. Make sure your knees don’t go past your toes. Straighten your legs and return to the starting position. Do 3 sets of 15 squats, taking a 30-second break in between each set.

Plank

Plank

The plank is a core exercise that strengthens your abs, back, and shoulders. Get into a push-up position, then lower your body so that you’re resting on your forearms. Hold your body in a straight line for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds. Do 3 sets of 30-second planks.

Burpees

Burpees

Burpees are a full-body exercise that work your arms, chest, legs, and core. Start in a standing position, then lower yourself down to the ground and place your hands on the ground. Kick your feet back, so that you’re in a push-up position, then do a push-up. Jump your feet back to your hands, then jump up into the air. Do 3 sets of 10 burpees, taking a 30-second break in between each set.
